We want you to love your Motel pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and generate your prepaid return label or QR code for a contact-free drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed and the return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
